Monadelphous awarded Karratha contract extension
Monadelphous Group has advised that it has secured new maintenance and construction work across the oil and gas and mining and minerals sectors with a combined value of approximately $220 MM, including a 12-month contract extension on the Woodside-operated Karratha gas plant life extension program.
Monadelphous advised that it secured the contract extension through its MGJV joint venture, with it including the delivery of mechanical, electrical, access, coatings and insulation services.
Monadelphous stated that an additional order has also been secured by its China-based fabrication business SinoStruct from Santos for the supply and fabrication of wellhead skids as part of its northern Queensland upstream CSG development.
“We are pleased to have been awarded new and extended contracts with a number of existing customers, which reflects our focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through continuous improvement in service delivery,” Monadelphous Managing Director Rob Velletri commented.
